Amanda Michelle Good

November 9, 1979 — May 2, 2026

Great Falls

Amanda Good, 47, died on Saturday, May 2, 2026, following complications from a chronic health condition.

She was the devoted mother of two daughters Kara and Tru, ages 23 and 20, and the beloved partner of Bo Good for 25 years. Together, they built a life and a home filled with warmth, beauty, and meaningful moments. At her best, Amanda was a gracious hostess and a deeply caring presence in the lives of those she loved. Amanda was a loyal and fun friend, a fantastic dog mom, and a great Halloween party creator! She was a supportive bleacher mom, devoutly attending school and sporting events. Though she considered herself an introvert, Amanda had a gift for bringing laughter to those around her, creating so many joyful memories that will be treasured. Her quick wit and silly sense of humor brought us to tears more times than we can count.

Amanda made certain that her family shared a rich life full of experiences like travel, boating, skiing, and good old-fashioned life skills like keeping an impeccable home, cooking, and gardening. Amanda valued education and supported Kara and Tru through all of their academic goals. She was so proud of their drive, ambition, and achievements. “Her Girls” carry with them so many good memories of their mother—memories that will always remain a part of who they are.

She had a strong relationship with her parents, her siblings, and their families. She was always the one to bring everyone together. Her home in Seeley Lake will remain in their memories as the place where family was cherished and celebrated. It is this loving bond with her Great Falls family that led Amanda back to the East side of the divide for her final year.

Amanda is survived by her daughters, Kara Brynn and Tru Joy; brothers, Paul Potter and Jeff Potter (Grace), both of Great Falls; Mat Stevenson (Sarah) of Missoula; and the extended Good family of Seeley Lake.

She was surrounded by love in her final moments, with her lifelong friends Loni, Sarah, and Richie by her side.

Upon Amanda's request, she will return to Lander, Wyoming, a place filled with childhood memories, where her ashes will rest beside her mother and grandmother. A private family celebration of her life and the life of her mother will be held to honor and remember them.
