Antonio C. Hernandez, 60, of Missoula passed away on Thursday, July 2, 2015. Rosary will be held at 10:00 am on Tuesday, July 7, 2015 Hillcrest Lawn Mausoleum, 1410 13th Street South. Viewing will follow the rosary until the beginning of the funeral liturgy. Funeral liturgy will begin at 11:00 am and burial will follow at Mt. Olivet Cemetery. Arrangements are in the care of O’Connor Funeral Home. Antonio was born on Malmstrom Air Force Base, October 12, 1954 to Cecil Hernandez and Grace (Malatarre) Hernandez. He worked as a carpenter for many years, and later in life he became an equipment operator in the trucking industry. He lived in Seattle for many years and was a big Seahawks and Mariners fan, attending as many games as his schedule would permit. He also loved to shoot pool and shot pool for the Alcan Bar. Antonio met his wife and love of his life in April of 2005 in Barstow, CA and they have been inseparable ever since. He was a very cheerful man who could find humor in anything and was quick to greet you with his movie star smile. In the last six months of his life he rediscovered his faith after being raised Catholic. Survivors include his mother, Grace Komotios of Missoula; wife April Renteria of Missoula; son Antonio C. (Judy) Hernandez Jr. of Seattle, WA; stepson Dylan Seat of Barstow, CA; sisters Carmen Hernandez of Missoula, Reine Komotios of Seattle, WA and Beatrice Komotios also of Seattle; three grandchildren; one great grandchild; and many nieces and nephews. Antonio was preceded in death by his father, Cecil; brothers Daniel J. Campbell, and Cecil James Hernandez; and sisters Evelyn Christine Komotios and Cynthia Ann Komotios.
