Dianna Dee Hartman

November 18, 1951 — September 17, 2017

Dianna Dee (Davis) Hartman, 65, of Great Falls, passed away peacefully on Sunday, September 17, 2017 at Peace Hospice. Family, friends, and others whose lives Dianna touched are invited to celebrate her life at the Vineyard Church, 1617 6th Avenue North, Great Falls, MT, 59401 on Saturday, October 14, 2017, at 2:00 pm. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given in Dianna's name to the charity of one's choice. Dianna was born on November 18, 1951, in Whitefish, Montana to parents Elwood and Georgia Linn. After graduating from Great Falls High School in 1970, she moved to Oregon where she worked on the technical side of the banking industry. She had three daughters during her time in Oregon and moved back to Montana in 1994. After health issues forced her to retire early, she dedicated most of her time to helping others, leading the church's mercy ministries by coordinating weekly food, clothing, and household goods for those in need. She also volunteered for the outreach program through her church dedicated to helping recently released inmates acclimate back into society. As a result of her generous spirit and kind personality, she was loved by many. It was through her church that she met her husband of 10 years, Don Hartman. She had many hobbies but loved arts and crafts, especially sewing. She was beyond excited to pass this love onto her grandchildren and spent countless hours making little treasures for them. She enjoyed traveling and spent extended periods visiting her daughters and grandchildren. Nothing was more important to her than her family and friends. Dianna is survived by her husband Don Hartman of Great Falls, Montana. Her three daughters, Andrea (Brendan) Bosack of Pittsford, New York; Dani (Levi) Edwards of Tualatin, Oregon; and Elle Davis of Tigard, Oregon; Sister Vickie (Gerry) Meguire of Great Falls, Montana; Brother Woody (Amy) Linn of Vancouver, Washington; and six grandchildren, Kaiden, Clare, Chase, Blakelinn, Piper and baby boy arriving in January. Nieces Robin Meguire, Tanis Linn, and Erica and Jasmine Tran. Nephews Rian (Jeramie) Meguire, Troy (Karen) Linn, and Greg Linn. She was preceded in death by her parents, younger brother, Gregory Linn, stepson Keith Davis and great niece Georgia Mae Meguire Howard.
