Karyn Lillian Jenkins

Karyn Jenkins, aged 76, passed away on July 4, 2026. Born in Boston 1949, Karyn married her high school sweetheart, Ed Jenkins, in 1971. They moved to Great Falls, MT in 1971 and “never left.”

She loved the simple pleasures of home. Whether tending her beautiful flower gardens, reading, baking her famous chocolate chip cookies, playing board games with family, or decorating for each season, especially Christmas. Karyn created a home filled with warmth, love, and lasting memories.

Karyn had a gift for making people feel welcome. She greeted everyone with genuine kindness and an open heart. She cherished her family and friends, finding joy in camping, traveling the state, and annual summer trips to Boston with her children.

As a member of Holy Spirit Parish, Karyn volunteered and taught Sunday School while her children were young. She later served as an administrative assistant for the church for many years.

Karyn's legacy is one of kindness, generosity, and unconditional love. She will be deeply missed and forever remembered. Karyn was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Ed, and her sister, Susan.

She is survived by her children, David (Kathy) Jenkins of Great Falls, Montana, Kevin (Elisa) Jenkins of Morgan Hill, California, and Stephanie (Joseph) Figarelle of Oak Harbor, Washington; nine grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held at O’Connor Memorial Chapel (2425 8th Ave N) on Saturday, July 18, 2026, at 11:00 a.m.
